I’m Bella, a yoga and sound facilitator, and trainee psychotherapist. My practice is rooted in both Indian and Buddhist philosophy, shaped by time spent studying in London and India, and guided by a deep curiosity about what it means to live with an open heart.
For me, yoga is a space to come home to myself , a place to sit with the ache as much as the light. Through this practice, I’ve learned to meet all that life brings: the grief, the tenderness, and the joy that unfolds when we soften into self.
Through my years practising yoga, holding space, and working with clients in deep suffering, I have witnessed many paths. To be part of another’s self-enquiry, in whatever form it takes, is a profound privilege and honour.
What if yoga isn’t something we do, but something we feel? A journey. A way of being with ourselves that allows love to return gently to the places we’ve turned away from.
I share from a place of authenticity, care, and lived experience, holding space where you can breathe, rest, and be fully as you are. All of you is welcome here.
