Yoga for all, guiding the practice back to a place of love.
My passion is facilitating yoga for mental health, where I guide others with love and compassion. I focus on bringing us back to a place of self-love and empathy, creating a nurturing space for those dealing with addiction, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Working in the recovery sector, I believe yoga is a form of medicine that goes beyond just the physical aspect (asana); it heals emotionally and mentally. I strive to make my classes accessible to everyone—financially, physically, and emotionally—drawing on my life experiences to guide with an open and full heart.
In my classes, I focus on stripping yoga back to the basics in community centers, ensuring everyone feels welcome. Yoga doesn't need to be a fashion statement or an intimidating experience; it should be a safe, inclusive space for anyone curious about this healing path. It doesn't matter what you're wearing, what yoga mat you own, your body shape, size, or experience level—whether you're new or have practiced for years, let's come together to flow, breathe, and heal as one.
My life's journey has led me down some painful paths, but finding yoga gently brought me back to a path of love. Now, I’m here to share this practice with open and experienced arms. I draw from the wisdom of my wonderful teachers, mental health trainings, literature, and so much more, cultivating a compassionate space for all who join.
I offer tailor-made one-on-one sessions for those seeking to deepen their practice on a more personal level. Whether it's through meditation, movement, sound, or a combination of all, I am deeply passionate about creating a space where you can evolve and grow into a deep sense of love and compassion for yourself. Together, we will find a practice that suits you and resonates with your unique journey.
I look forward to the possibility of working together.
