Join me for "Soften"—a Spring Yoga Retreat in the heart of West Wales, surrounded by the beauty of nature. This space, this retreat, is an offering of my worship and devotion to yoga as a profound medicine. It’s a sweet interweaving with the divine, a moment for us all to share, planting our seeds, raking our weeds, and watering our flowers. I offer a space where "yoga" is freed from any confines, embracing it not as exercise or mere movement on a mat, but as a way of life. It’s a balm for the parts of you that may hurt, emotionally or spiritually. I truly believe that as we heal from within, our bodies will naturally follow. Yoga can be a wellspring of joy but also teaches us awareness, allowing us to understand and face life’s painful parts without fear. And if you ever feel you’re not "good" at yoga, let me reassure you, my love—you already belong here.
This retreat isn’t about toning bums and tums but rather, about toning our vagus nerve, settling the gaze within, breathing deeply, and diving into all that is. Rooted in years of self-study and practice, I teach with deep love and compassion, creating a space of safety where you can come as you are. This retreat was born from a desire to guide others back to a place of love, inviting a gentle softening as we embrace the spring season.
During our time together, I’ll guide you through a nourishing blend of yoga postures (asana), yin yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, pranayama (breath) and daily nada yoga ( sound baths) We’ll delve into yoga philosophy, share meaningful conversations, ceremonial cacao, belly yoga (organic, nourishing meals). Let this be a time to soften into deep breaths, release, and restore amid the trees and fresh Welsh air.

Here’s a little preview of what to expect:
Morning Yoga & Meditation: 2 grounding, embodied sessions
Evening Yin/Restorative Yoga: 2 sessions to unwind and soften.
Sound Baths: 2 sessions of soothing, meditative, healing frequencies.
Cacao & Fire Ceremony: A warming ritual to connect and reflect
Belly Yoga: Organic, locally-sourced meals, with 3 nourishing meals a day, plus sweet treats, snacks, and teas
Yogi Retreat Gift: A little something special to take home
Optional Cold Water Dip: Refresh in nature's embrace
West Wales Walk: A beautiful, grounding nature walk
Lots of Love, Hugs, Chats, and Softness: Time for connection, warmth, and sharing

Starting at £380. All cabins have lamps and heaters and are a few mins walk from either a compost or flush loo. There are showers and a warm cosy cabin where we will share our meals, chats and teas. This is an eco, rustic and simple setting. The round pillared yoga Shala is beautifully handmade, using natural materials, with underfloor heating and a sweet wood burner, to keep us cosy and soft, our haven where we will dive deep into the practice of yoga together.
